TRAVELER’S COMPANY™ CARAVAN in Korea
トラベラーズノートをはじめ、旅するように毎日を過ごすための道具を作るトラベラーズカンパニーが、キャラバン隊となって旅するイベント、トラベラーズカンパニーキャラバン。次の旅先は、韓国・ソウルです。今年は韓国でトラベラーズノートの販売をはじめてから10周年となる記念すべき年。10年間の感謝の気持ちを込めて、ソウルでキャラバンイベントを開催します！
場所は、聖水洞（ソンスドン）のカフェor.er（オルエル）。聖水洞は、かつて製靴業で栄えたエリアで、現在では当時の工場や倉庫をリノベーションしたギャラリーやカフェが集まる注目のエリアになっています。会場となるor.er も、ヴィンテージ感たっぷりの建物の中にアンティークの家具や植物が並ぶソウルでも人気のカフェです。
10月13日（土）より22日（月）まで、or.er 店内にあるギャラリースペースに、トラベラーズファクトリー・ポップアップショップが登場。トラベラーズノートやブラスプロダクトをはじめ、トラベラーズファクトリーのオリジナルプロダクトも並びます。さらにイベントにあわせて、韓国をテーマにしたマスキングテープやノートリフィルなどのイベント記念アイテムを販売します。
イベント初日と2日目となる、13日（土）、14日（日）には、スパイラルリングノートバイキングを開催。もちろん韓国イベント限定のオリジナルデザインの表紙もご用意します。
トラベラーズカンパニーとしての韓国でのイベントは、7年ぶり。
ソウルは近代的な超高層ビルと伝統的な寺院、昔ながらの屋台や定食屋とハイセンスなカフェなど、新しいモノと古いモノが混在し、焼肉にビビンパ、参鶏湯など美味しい食べ物がいっぱいの魅力的な旅先のひとつです。
韓国の方はもちろん、日本や海外の方もぜひこの機会にソウルを旅して、参加いただけたら嬉しいです。イベントの模様は、公式twitterやfacebook、Instagramでも発信する予定です。こちらも楽しみにしてください。
트래블러스노트를 시작으로 여행하듯 하루하루를 보내기위한 도구를 만드는 트래블러스컴퍼니가 카라반부대가 되어 여행하는 행사 ‘트래블러스컴퍼니 카라반’. 다음 여행지는 대한민국 서울입니다. 특히 올해는 한국에서 트래블러스노트의 판매를 시작한지 10주년이 되는 기념적인 해. 10년간의 감사의 마음을 담아 서울에서 카라반 행사를 개최합니다！
장소는 성수동에 위치한 카페 or.er（오르에르）. 성수동은 과거 제화업으로 번성했던 지역으로, 지금은 당시의 공장이나 창고를 리노베이션한 갤러리나 카페가 모여있는 주목받는 지역이 되었습니다. 행사장소인 or.er도 빈티지감 가득한 건물속에, 앤틱한 가구와 식물로 가득한 서울에서도 인기있는 카페입니다.
10월13일(토)부터 22일(월)까지 or.er 매장내의 갤러리공간에 트래블러스팩토리 팝업스토어가 등장합니다. 트래블러스노트와 브래스상품을 시작으로 트래블러스팩토리 오리지널상품도 함께합니다. 거기에 이번 행사에 맞추어 한국을 테마로 제작한 마스킹테이프와 리필노트등의 행사기념상품도 판매합니다.
행사 첫날과 둘째날이 되는 13일(토), 14일(일)에는 스파이럴링노트바이킹을 개최.
물론 한국 행사한정 오리지널디자인의 표지도 준비합니다.
트래블러스컴퍼니로서 한국에서의 행사는 7년만에 가져보는 행사. 서울은 근대적인 초고속빌딩과 전통적인 사원, 옛 포장마차와 한정식집과 센스있는 카페등 새로운 것과 옛 것이 혼재하고, 불고기에 비빔밥, 삼계탕 등 맛있는 음식이 가득한 매력적인 여행지중 하나입니다.

The caravan’s next stop is Seoul, South Korea, where we will commemorate this year’s 10th anniversary since we first started selling the TRAVELER’S notebook in the country. We look forward to sharing our gratitude for ten years of support through this Seoul caravan event!
Join us for the event at café or.er in Seongsu-dong. Once home to a prosperous shoemaking industry, Seongsu-dong now garners attention as a home of galleries and cafés housed in renovated factories and warehouses from its earlier days. Event venue or.er, located within a vintage-feel building accented with antique furniture and plants, is a popular café throughout Seoul.
TRAVELER’S FACTORY™ pop-up shop will take up residence at or.er from October 13 (Sat.) to 22 (Mon.), filling the gallery space with original TRAVELER’S FACTORY products, from TRAVELER’S notebook to BRASS PRODUCTS. Commemorative Event Limited items will also be on sale, such as Korean themed masking tape, notebook refills, Brass Ballpoint Pen, and Brass Tag.
We will be holding a Spiral Ring Notebook Event on the 13th and 14th (Sat., Sun.), the first two days of the event. This event, too, will definitely feature original limited edition cover designs available only at this South Korean event.
Seven years have passed since the last TRAVELER’S COMPANY event was held in South Korea. Seoul is a mix of new and old where modern skyscrapers and refined cafés stand alongside traditional temples, traditional stalls and eateries. This charming travel destination is also known for delicious cuisine, such as Korean barbecue, bibimbap and samgye-tang.

イベントオリジナルのロゴが箔押しされた表紙を手にとって、定番の筆記用紙やポケットの中紙をはじめ、質感のある紙や味のある紙、カラフルな紙など、ずらりと並んださまざまな種類の紙の中からバイキング気分でお好きな紙を選びます。そして、選んだ紙を自分の好きなページ順に重ねます。1枚ずつ色を変えたり、最初と最後にポケットを付けたり、好きなようにアレンジできます。そして、最後にリング製本職人が、その場でリングで綴じてオリジナルノートが完成します。

First, choose your favorite cover with the logo of the event being pressed. Then move on to the section where there are papers stacked beautifully on a plate. We prepared various papers including our MD papers, papers with pockets, and other unique and colorful papers. Once you stand in front of the papers that are lined along the table, you’ll start to feel like as if you’re in a morning buffet served at a hotel. Pick your favorite papers, group them in the order you want it to be, and in the end, the ring binding craftsman will bind the notebook right in front of you! This is one of the views you never want to miss out. Once that’s all done, your one and only notebook is ready to be used! Please use this chance to make your own notebook.
